When architect Michael Imber and designer Marcus Mohon joined forces to create Mohon-Imber Design, we'd venture to say that the South got a little more stylish.
Case in point: This stunning Alys Beach home.
Combining the old, the new, and, of course, the view makes for a stunning retreat for summer and beyond.

The pop of green on the shutters makes this room feel fresh and earthy. Being able to open them for a blast of fresh air is such a dream. We'd want to sit in this room all the time -- especially if those snacks are available!
Concrete walls feel crisp, clean and just the right amount of bare. We bet this home is remarkably cool in the dead heat of summer.
This must be one of our favorite color palettes. The gray grout with subway tile is such a timeless look!
The simple palette in this beautiful bedroom comes alive with the combination of so many unique textures.
This cozy nook is the ideal space for writing, reading and relaxing. The painting perched casually makes a beautiful statement.
This chic floor is just the right amount of glam for this small space. When you get right down to it, the tub is really all you need!
Fresh lemons and a fabulous view... Now that's the good life!
